Advocates for a Sustainable Albermarle Population (ASAP) is a local non-profit fighting to preserve the quality of life in Albemarle County. Through education, research, advocacy, and policy formulation, ASAP works to identify our region’s optimal population and build sustainable communities here in Central Virginia. ASAP isn’t a student group on grounds at UVA, but the organization frequently hires student interns to assist with research and publicity.
Any students interested in working with ASAP can contact Kelsey Kerle-O’Brien at kfk4s@virginia
