Virginia Power Shift 2011
Friday, September 30 – Sunday, October 2
During September 30th – October 2nd students from across Virginia are going to be gathering in Blacksburg at Virginia Tech for
Virginia Power Shift. Together we will establish a coalition of Virginians to further our goal of a clean energy future. Trainings,
workshops, panels, and educational sessions will provide participants with opportunities to learn about, teach, share, and
celebrate clean energy progress with other activists.

Come to DC for Power Shift 2011 (April 15-18) - the world’s largest youth conference on climate and energy. Learn grassroots training, campaign strategy, planning, the principles and skills of organizing, and get the inspiration to take those skills home with you and make a difference in your community. Al Gore, Van Jones, Lisa Jackson, and Bill McKibben will all speak at the conference!
